If a school would like to book a terms worth of activity/club, this will of course be possible. However, to guarantee the schools place for the commencing term a 50% deposit of the minimum full term cost will be required. We will be asking for 50% deposit up front for the minimum number of students . This would be paid prior to the commencing term in which you would like to run a Wild Edge Activity/ Club at your school.
It will then be deducted from the overall cost on the next invoice date at the end of the first half of term. If the student number is greater than the minimum cost any extra amounts due for any number of students above the minimum will be added to the half term invoice as normal.
If a school wishes to book at the beginning of term it will be a first come first serve bases. This does mean we may not be able to slot you in for the term, but will endeavour to do our very best to help you out to make it work for you.
Wild Edge will be charging the School based on Student numbers, with a minimum cost per session. When a club runs, The school will be committed to a terms activities i.e. September to December (autumn)/ January to March (winter)/ April to July (summer). If a student wishes to end his time during the term of activity with Wild Edge, the school will still have to pay the remainder of the sessions for that term.
If a School wishes to cancel a terms of activities after a booking has been made: Within the last 2 weeks of the previous term Full deposit will be kept.
If a School wishes to cancel a terms of activities after a booking has been made: Within the last 3 weeks of the previous term 50% of the deposit will be returned.
If a School wishes to cancel a terms of activities after a booking has been made: Within the last 4 weeks of the previous term the full deposit will be returned.
We understand that each academic year some schools have set terms in which they offer Wild Edges activities/clubs. If you know in Advance that these clubs will/ will not run for certain terms then do let us know and we can accommodate when filling in the schedule. All fees and deposits for these set terms will be as above and cancellation fees will still apply.
